Method - Mutton Chanp
- Put one teaspoon ginger & garlic powder in a bowl.
- Put one teaspoon large cardamom powder, hot spices powder and red pepper powder.
- Put one teaspoon salt, coriander, nutmeg, cumin and mace powder.
- Put one teaspoon star anise badiyan powder and red crushed chilli.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Then mix it by adding a cup of yoghurt.
- Put mutton chops into it and then marination.
- Put cooking oil into the pan and fry the mutton chops until it's golden brown.
- Delicious mutton chanp (Chops) is ready to eat.
